Extensive A&A to YTC Corporation’s office extension at the top floor of the tower belonging to their Peninsula Excelsior development. The office is likened to a penthouse, with the grand living (reception) and drawing room (board room) on opposite ends offering sweeping views of the bayfront and cityscape. The hallway (open office) leads to the private rooms (executive offices).
Inspired by the Art Deco modernist architecture of the office tower developed in the late 70s, deep toned woodgrains, stonework, velvety fabrics, plush carpets, and brass trimmings give an elegant modern classic touch to the spaces - befitting YTC as an established hospitality owner-operator.
