Nagoya Hill

Urban Hillside Village.
Located on a hill within a commercial district of Nagoya Batam, the development’s challenge was to draw traffic up the hill from the foot where the main activity occurs. A hillside village is created where retail and office units flanking a pedestrian plaza meanders up the hill, leading to the main mall and office tower which houses the anchor tenants. A hotel and condominium occupies the hilltop areas, capitalizing on its privacy and superior views.
